Two power sources both worked efficiently. The car adapter was appreciated for extended car trips.
Most mothers found the Embrace’s motor to be noisy, to very noisy. When the pump began to fail, the noise seemed to get worse.
Customer service was found by most reviewers to be reliable and offered rapid response when a problem to arise. Registering the pump after purchase and keeping the purchase receipt is important.
