Hey everyone,

Well, we have a new website. Hopefully it will be more appealing and easy to navigate around. We have gotten many compliments and hope that it can be beneficial to everyone.

I hope everyone had a great Halloween. I had a seven-year-old Darth Vader and a one-year-old Princess Leah, along with a Standard Poodle Chewbacca. It was absolutely adorable. Chewbacca didn’t stay long; our dog just didn’t appreciate his Halloween costume.

Tip of the Month:

I was able to breast pump ounces and ounces of breast milk. Luckily, I had enough to be able to donate to the Milk Bank of Austin. But, I believe that I able to pump so much because of a little technique that it seems very few moms use.

It is recommended to massage your breast while pumping, however, instead of just massaging, I actually gently squeezed as the breast pump suctioned. You may feel a bit like a cow, but, hey, it helps the breast milk some out quicker and over a few days you may even find that you are able to produce a little more breast milk.
