Our 30-Day no questions asked return policy applies to all items in our store. To return an item it must be returned in its original unopened packaging.
Simply print out the return/exchange form, fill it out and include it with your return.
- If your return is not due to our error, we will ask that you assist with the additional shipping costs, which will consist correct postage for United States purchases (international sales, please contact us for additional shipping charges).
- Returns should be new, in the original unopened packaging with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke or odors with full contents. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or opened boxes that are returned.
- We will process your return promptly and will remit your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within thirty (30) business days of our receiving your return.
- If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out.
- If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- If your purchase is found to have a defect, please contact us before returning the item. The item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information.
- If you send an item back, it is recommended to insure your package and purchase delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- There are a few items that need to be returned to the manufacturing company rather than to GotBreastPump.com.
