If you live outside of the US we are happy to ship to you as well. Simply proceed through checkout as normal and provide your location as requested. When your order is processed we will check the shipping price and invoice you for the shipping costs. If you decide the cost is too much, we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you in full. International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail (typically 4-10 business days) unless shipping via USPS priority mail (typically 4-6 business days) is more cost effective. Please keep in mind that these ship times are estimates and occasionally items get hung up in customs delaying delivery times.
Duties & Taxes for International orders: International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes that are imposed by foreign governments. GotBreastPump.com has no control over this. When applicable, you will be required to pay these duties and taxes for your country at the time of delivery. If you refuse or abandon your package, no refund will be issued.
We ship our packages through the United States Postal Service. This is the most cost effective way to ship and allows us to offer free shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If you need to expedite shipping or prefer for us to ship your order via UPS or FedEx we can do that by emailing wndyw1@gmail.com.
If an order is refused at time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to GotBreastPump.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.
Also, if you received free shipping with your purchase, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount. We cannot afford to incur costs on an item that ultimately has not been sold, and we already incurred shipping costs when the item was originally purchased.
If a package is returned to GotBreastPump.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer's part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.
